Continuing the recent theme of counting calories, I am sure you have seen the phrase "Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet." This is not an article about how to calculate calorie burn, or what percentage of carbs, fats and proteins to include daily. It's not even about whether 2,000 calories is the right amount for you.
Have you ever wondered what 2,000 calories looks like?
Inspired by a post at WiseGeek.com, BuzzFeedVideo created a video to answer just that question. Very well done.
See you later!
