That's me, and my wife said she liked something in the picture. Yes, I tricked you into looking the blog today, but I wanted you to see that it is possible to transform your body to the shape that YOUR life long mate likes to see because they always did LOVE you. Remember, though, that there is no magic bullet to having the dress size or pant size or waist line of your dreams. It may sound like a riddle; it is hard work and simple. EAT RIGHT. EXERCISE!

That's all I did when I went from that to this - 157 pounds in 15 months. Not the easy way. I did it the simple way.

Okay, quit staring at my back side and go get your significant other the Valentine Present they want. And if they said they want biceps on February 14th, tell them that the UPS brown truck might be late with that, but you think that FedEx will get their Valentine gift to you right on time. How do I know that? LOL. That's a story for another day!
