The image on the left was taken in May 2008. On the right is from February 2011 (last week).
In October of 2010 I decided to get back in shape and started eating regular meals and exercising. I did not go on a diet, although I do track what I eat, and I am careful about what I eat.
There are 80 pounds of difference between the two images. And I feel great.
