During this year's World Series, which my Cardinals won, a prevailing theme was the "spot" on Kenny Roger's pitching hand during game 2. This was one of the signs I saw just before Game 3 which took place in St. Louis. Pretty clever. 
Doc and Cheryl, age 50+, lost a combined 234 pounds and found their health, youth and happiness

But, it's a reminder of the mile posts story that God and I are working on.
How say you? Because the Cardinals won the World Series again in the year we started a journey to a new life. Ain't life grand!
